At Bean Outside the Box, every piece is carefully packaged by hand and prepared with love before making its way to you.

Shipping Across Canada

We currently ship orders across Canada using Canada Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping option available for your order.

Orders are typically packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Because every piece is handcrafted and our shop is independently run, processing times may occasionally vary. If there is an unexpected delay, we'll do our best to keep you informed.

Tracking & Delivery

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are outside of our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. Bean Outside the Box is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Once your order has been handed over to Canada Post, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to complete delivery. If your package appears to be delayed or lost in transit, we will do our best to help you locate it and provide any available tracking information.

Damaged Packages

Every piece is carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can assess the situation.

Your jewelry isn't mass-produced or sitting in a warehouse. Each piece is a unique creation, and your order is individually prepared and packaged before it begins its journey to you.
