At Bean Outside the Box, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with care and is truly one of a kind. Because each creation is individually made, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

We want you to love your piece, so please take a moment to review the photos, measurements, materials, and description carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a piece before placing your order, we’re always happy to help.

A Note About Handmade Pieces

Each piece is unique, and natural and reclaimed materials can have their own beautiful characteristics. Natural gemstones, shells, wood, beads, and reclaimed materials may contain variations in colour, texture, markings, shape, or small imperfections. These are not considered defects—they are part of what makes each piece special and one of a kind.

While we make every effort to photograph and describe our jewelry accurately, colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, screen, or device settings.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our studio. If your item arrives damaged or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the situation and, where appropriate, work with you to find a suitable resolution.
